Welcome to SalonCore! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SalonCore software, website, and related services provided by Nexlayo Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SalonCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SalonCore is a cloud-based salon management software offering Point of Sale (POS), appointment booking, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and related administrative tools for salons and spas. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must register for an account to use SalonCore. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payments

SalonCore operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees for the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon giving reasonable notice.

5. User Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and the privacy of your clients. Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all customer data you input into SalonCore.

6. Intellectual Property

The SalonCore software, design, branding, and all underlying intellectual property are owned exclusively by Nexlayo Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlayo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising from your use of SalonCore.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the software for illegal activities. You may terminate your account at any time through the billing dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Assam, India.
