Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SalonCore (a product by Nexlayo Technologies), we strive to provide the best salon management software. We understand that business needs can change, and we have established this Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency in our subscription billing process.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your SalonCore subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). After the billing cycle ends, your account will be downgraded, and you will not be charged again.
To cancel your subscription, please visit the billing section in your SalonCore dashboard or contact our support team.
2. Refund Policy
Following standard Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry practices, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time within an active billing cycle.
- Monthly Plans: If you cancel in the middle of a month, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of that month. You will retain access until the month ends.
- Quarterly/Yearly Plans: If you cancel early, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the unused months. Your service will continue until the end of your paid term.
3. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period to help you evaluate SalonCore before making a purchase. We highly recommend utilizing the free trial to ensure our software meets your salon's requirements before committing to a paid subscription.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate billing errors caused by our payment gateway.
- Major, prolonged service outages preventing core usage of the software.
Any such exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of the Nexlayo Technologies management team.
